An earthquake shook Dominica and other islands in the Caribbean on Friday morning.
According to UWI Seismic Research Centre, the quake took place at 7:23 am.
It had a magnitude of 6.5 on the Richter Scale.
The epicenter was located 125 KM North West of Roseau, 52 KM west of Guadeloupe and 98 KM South South West of Antigua.
It took place at a depth of 164 KM.
People have flocked to social media to report feeling the quake.
Based on these reports, it was felt in Saint Martin, Guadeloupe, Marie Galante, Dominica, Anguilla, Antigua and St Kitts.
So far there are no reports of damage.
