Showers and thunderstorms associated with a #tropicalwave located a few hundred miles east of the #WindwardIslands #Tobago and #Trinidad have increased this morning, but there are not yet any signs of significant organization.
▪️The wave is forecast to move westward at about 15 mph, crossing the islands tonight/tomorrow.
▪️Some slow development is possible while it continues westward, and a #tropicaldepression could form after the area of lowest pressure crosses the southeastern CAI and reaches over the
#CaribbeanSea
▪️An Air Force Reserve Hurricane Hunter aircraft is scheduled to investigate this system this afternoon, if necessary.
▪️Interests in The #WindwardIslands #Barbados #Tobago #Trinidad and the #ABCislands should continue to monitor the progress of the system.

-Between 0.5 and 2.0 inches can be anticipated over and or around some islands from #Trinidad northward to #Guadeloupe including #Tobago the #WindwardIslands and #Barbados
